DSM Construction is a multi-disciplined company with a large network of highly skilled tradesman. It is DSM’s philosophy to offer a holistic approach to our projects from design and conception through project management and project delivery.

Systems

DSM runs a fully integrated management system. All aspects of every job are monitored and recorded to provide solid record keeping and accurate project progress reports. All levels of staff are trained in and believe in our system. We are constantly refining the system and having it audited to ensure national quality standard is achieved.

Safety

Our safety is taken seriously at DSM. We have an impeccable safety record and everyone who works for or with us understands its value to DSM Construction. Our safety system is regularly audited in accordance with Australian Standards.

We encourage our staff to all be the auditors of safety in our business. Paperwork is logged daily to maintain our standard and keep our project sites safe.

Environment

Every job we do, we need to protect and preserve the environment. Holding the Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 14001 in environment management strategy is something we do not take lightly. Every task in our project planning considers the environment, and how we can minimise our impact.
